Reinhard Nissl is the HR Talent Director for Microsoft in Central Eastern Europe (CEE).
Since he joined Microsoft in 2005, he held various roles within the HR function, working his way up from junior HR Business Partner to senior strategic HRBP for the German subsidiary. In 2013 he took on a global HR Lead role for the Microsoft Dynamics division and four years ago, he joined Microsoft Central & Eastern Europe as Talent Acquisition Lead.
Reinhard gained his first working experiences in BMW, Munich. He has studied Economics in Ingolstadt (Bavaria).
