Ms. Karamani has studied Physics and Astrophysics in the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. While being a full time employee, she also acquired her MBA and a diploma in Positive Organizational Psychology from the ALBA Graduate Business School.
She started working at Siemens in 2000 as a SW Engineer. Since then, she kept challenging herself with new tasks and roles in the SW engineering, Quality Management and Human Resources. Since 2014, she is the HR Country Head for Siemens Greece.
On her free time, she enjoys traveling, continuous learning and following closely the technological trends as well as their impact on the future of work.
Ms. Karamani is deeply fascinated by the unexplored and without limits human potential. Her personal goal is to have a meaningful impact to other people lives and co-create together with others a more sustainable society.
