Marcel Lieberman is an Associate Client Partner with Korn Ferry based in Paris.
He is part of the Top Team and Leadership Development practices, working with clients across EMEA, especially in the Life Sciences and Financial Services sectors. Marcel is especially interested in the areas of collective intelligence, group decision-making processes and helping teams overcome biases that can inhibit successful outcomes.
Marcel also works with teams on incorporating methods and practices that enable innovation and the productive exploration of ideas. Marcel completed his PhD at Stanford University in Moral Psychology and Action Theory.
His research was published with Cambridge University Press. He began his career in management consulting in France, and has been based in New York, Tel Aviv and Milan
