Dimitra Karakosta

Dimitra Karakosta was born in Athens.
During the last several years she has been working as a Senior HR Professional in various multinational environments.
Since 2008 she has been working at FOURLIS Group, first as Financial Analyst and later as an HR Professional. Her last position at FOURLIS Group was HR Executive at IKEA Headquarters. In August 2018 she moved to PeopleCert as the Head of Talent Acquisition and since April 2019 she is also responsible for Learning & Development of PeopleCert Group.
She holds a Bachelor degree in International & European Economic Studies from Athens University of Economics & Business (AUEB) and a Master degree with distinction in HR Management from the same university.
In 2017 she was awarded during the 1st HR Student Awards by GPMA.
She has studied piano, she is a member of the Hellenic Toastmasters club and she speaks English fluently. She is married and the mother of a child.
